LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Racing has resumed at Churchill Downs after a severe thunderstorm passed through, delaying the running of the Kentucky Oaks.
The Oaks will now be run at 6:20 p.m. - about 35 minutes later than scheduled.
The weather delay came one day before the Kentucky Derby.
