Fees: Your first withdrawal requested per calendar month will be free of charge. Subsequent requests less than $2,000.00 are subject to a $40.00 processing fee. Fees: Your first withdrawal requested per calendar month will be free of charge. Subsequent requests will be subject to a standard check-cutting fee of $40. All checks will be sent via a courier service. When you request a check you may receive a Gift Card instead, a Gift Card allows you instant access to your funds.
Members must deposit all checks into their bank accounts within 45 days of the delivery date. After this time, will not assume responsibility for any issue related to redeeming the check and will not replace the payment or cover any fees incurred during the withdrawal process. For our Canadian customers, we are pleased to announce that moving forward we will now be delivering your withdrawal in $CAD.

Withdrawal Policy

To process your payout we require the following:

* A copy of a valid form of ID (Driver's License or Passport)
* Copy of utility bill showing your name and address

We only require you to submit this information ONCE. We securely file your information for future withdrawals so you never have to re-submit information.

Please scan your documents, save them preferably as jpegs and upload them here. Please check the quality of your scans to ensure that all pertinent information is legible. The attachment or attachments should not exceed 5MB in total and ideally should be much smaller.

When processing your withdrawal, we may send some funds back to a credit card if it was recently used for a deposit.

The timeframe for you to receive your payouts will vary depending on the method selected and current number of requests. While we work to have your payments processed as quickly as possible, some may take longer than specified.

Members must deposit all checks into their bank accounts within 45 days of the delivery date. After this time, we will not assume responsibility for any issue related to redeeming the check and will not replace the payment or cover any fees incurred during the withdrawal process.

If Fedex are unable to deliver your package they will hold it at the local depot/office for a further period (usually about 7 days).  You can call them quoting the tracking number and arrange a convenient time for delivery or arrange to collect the package yourself from the local depot/office.  If the given time elapses and you have not contacted Fedex they will return the package to us, and once received we will credit the funds back into your wagering account.

If your check has been delivered to a previous residence please try and retrieve the check from that residence if at all possible.  This is more likely to occur when delivering to apartments where the concierge or receptionist will sign for the package.

If all these avenues have been exhausted and you still do not have the check in your hands, please contact us and we will place a stop on the check.  Once we ask the issuing bank to stop payment, we have to wait out the clearing process.  This process may take from 2 - 8 weeks, or longer, to complete and may cost you up to $250.  Once the "stop" is confirmed, the funds are placed back in your wagering account (less the stop check fee which could be as much as $250) so the withdrawal process can be started again.

Deposit Bonus Rules

All bonuses and corresponding deposits must be wagered 3 times before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit $100 and gets a $10 bonus, you must simply make wagers totaling $310 before you can withdraw the $10 bonus.

Within MY ACCOUNT you will see a line "Funds Available for Withdrawal," once you have wagered the required minimum, the bonus amount will then be available for withdrawal.

Online Cashier

We accept withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and the minimum withdrawal is $50.  There is a maximum of 2 withdrawal requests per day.  

All members will be entitled to one free withdrawal per calendar month.   Additional withdrawals within the same calendar month will incur a fee.

On occasions we may have to send your withdrawal via a method other than the one you have chosen.  In the event that the method is changed, we will notify you.

In order to ensure that you are the only person who can withdraw funds from your account, you must enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN) before you can make a withdrawal. This number was sent to you via email when you signed up. If you have forgotten your PIN, please click here to request it. Remember, before you request a withdrawal; please make sure your address is up to date.

You are solely responsible for the security of your PIN.
When requesting a withdrawal, please ensure that your current address is correct and up-to-date, also ensure we have received and verified all the required "Know Your Customer" documents at least 72 hours prior to making your request; we will need you to provide us with a copy of a valid form of ID and a copy of a utility bill showing your name and address. Depending on your method of withdrawal, we may need to provide these documents to our payment processor prior to processing your withdrawal.

If a stop payment is requested by the member, it is the member's responsibility to assume the stop-payment fees of a minimum of $50.

A pending withdrawal may be cancelled if desired; you must access the 'Withdrawal Confirm Cancel' page within the Cashier by selecting 'Cancel' from either:

  • Withdrawal Success Page
  • Withdrawal/Transaction History page

Once the withdrawal cancellation is submitted the money will be credited back to your wagering account immediately.


Know Your Customer

In order to maintain the highest level of security, we require all our members to provide us with certain documentation in order to validate their accounts.



Why do I need to provide documentation?

There are several reasons. We at Go Horse Betting are committed to providing a socially responsible platform for recreational gaming. All of our members must be 18 or older and we are bound by our licensing agreement to verify this.

Secondly, as a respected online and global company it is in our interests to guarantee maximum security on all transactions.

Thirdly, our payment processors require that our policies are in line with international banking standards. A proven business relationship with each and every member is mandatory for the protection of all parties. Our licensing agreement also obliges us to comply with this.

Finally, by ensuring that your account details are absolutely correct, the inconvenience of 'missing payments' can be avoided. It can take weeks (and sometimes months) to trace, recall and resend using the correct information. This lengthy process also results in additional fees from our processors.



What documents do I need to provide?

Proof of Identity: Photo ID such as a passport or Driver's License is preferred. If you don't have either of these, certain other official identification cards may be permissible. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Proof of address: Your government issued ID (passport or Driver's License) may also serve as proof of address if all details are clear, if it has not expired and if the address on the ID matches the one on your account. If the address on your ID is different from the one on your account then we will require additional proof of address. A recent utility bill (water, electricity, cable, cell phone) in your name is best, but a bank statement or credit card statement is also acceptable. The bill or statement must be less than 6 months old.



When do I need to provide these documents?

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing these at your earliest possible convenience to avoid any delays in processing your transactions. We must be in receipt of the documents before any cash transactions can be sent back to you. Under special circumstances we may require the documents before further activity (deposits and wagering) can take place on your account.

These documents need only be provided once and will last a lifetime on your account, enabling flexible deposit options and fast-tracked withdrawals.
